Nice, sleek cover.  This design is simple but bold.  It is supposed to advertise beach front property in Syndey, Australia, so it focuses getting a quick response from viewers.  The images are large and saturated.  The text is also large on some pages, and is set on an eye-catching metallic paper.  It is not quiet or subtle as this would not attract their target audience.  -Trini
